Look at our really nice thank you gifts Mt. A Student Services gave us for participating in their Stress Free Zone this past Wednesday. It was great to be able to come by and help people relax during this hectic time of the semester. Rest easy everyone!

You know, the Wellness Expo in Moncton this weekend couldn't have been more awesome. We are truly thankful for everything we received, and all the great vibes that came our way. We got to showcase our community acupuncture skills and treat countless shoulder, neck and back pains, stress, anxiety, insomnia, sinus troubles, headaches, and even a couple active migraines!

It's really a great feeling to see the look on someone's face when they feel that the pain they've had "since forever" is gone. Such a powerful medicine!

Using Yin Yang Theory to Balance the Body

• Many people adore the black and white Yin/Yang symbol and its promise of balance and harmony, but how can we use it to promote better living? Yin/Yang theory is a core principle of Chinese Medicine, and there are many ways it can be used to harmonize the body-mind-spirit, as well as understand how we can interact with others or the environment. Discovering the nuances of this ancient theory could be a beautiful step into seeing deeper into our natural selves.

Daniel and I had an wonderful time providing community acupuncture at the Shediac Market this summer. Such an amazing experience!  

Many people poked and much pain relief and relaxation provided! If you came to see us, let us know about your experience! 

It was a great time to work in a beautiful outdoor environment, bringing peace of mind even amongst the hustle and bustle of the day.

We look forward to next year, but if you didn't get a chance to come see us, we'll be doing several health expos in the Fall - Wellness Expo, Riverview Holistic Fair, and the Shediac Health Fair to name a few.
