Here's some comments of how they felt :D
A few weeks ago, Daniel and I presented the benefits of Chinese Medicine to a large group of attentive librarians for their Health and Wellness Day. In addition to the awesome information we presented on who we are, what Chinese Medicine is, and all the interesting therapies we can offer, we also had a few volunteers come up for some live demonstrations of how it works. Here's some comments of how they felt :D Jocelyne received a lot of relief of her neck pain, and no more tension headache as a bonus! Isabelle was surprised how quickly acupuncture relieved her shoulder pain. Annette was amazed that her treatment helped with her sinus problems.

Une personne peut utiliser l'acupuncture pour la prévention ainsi que le maintien d'un état de santé. Melissa explains what ear seeds feel like. Ear seeds are a part of Chinese Medicine. They are small vaccaria seeds stuck on a piece of surgical tape that are placed on the ear at specific points or zones, and the person can apply pressure as needed to stimulate the point. The most common use for ear seeds are to promote a sense of calm and relaxation, benefit sleep, help reduce cravings and reduce pain. Acupuncture can be used for a wide variety of conditions. Community acupuncture specifically, principally uses acupuncture points in the arms and legs and is designed to be provided in a group setting - helping reduce the cost per treatment. Robert dit, «Après trois traitements, mes mains fonctionnent mieux». Il reçoit de l'acupuncture communautaire, un style d'acupuncture ou on utilise principalement les bras et les jambes pour traiter la plupart des troubles de santé. Ear seeds use acupressure, and are great for kids! |
