This video of Master Dae Bong is a wonderful dharma talk on his personal experience with his relationship with food, and how he was able to have a more healthy attitude towards eating. I had the pleasure of meeting Dae Bong Sunim during my stay in Korea. He is an excellent Zen master who speaks eloquently and simply on most topics on the Human Condition.
